The Paul Francis Writing Center
Established in fall 2019, The Paul Francis Writing Center offers La Salle Academy students guidance in crafting term papers, building resumes, and honing creative writing skills. No matter the grade level or writing topic, the Writing Center supports students through every stage of the writing process. By visiting, students enhance both their writing skills and techniques. The center is highlighted in the freshman and sophomore curriculum through structured writing workshops, as well as in a senior elective focused on non-fiction writing. Examples of the academic assistance provided by the Writing Center are listed below.

Students can make an appointment with Dr. Hillyer, the Director of the Writing Center, or stop by after school. Dr. Hillyer will arrange a time that works with each student based on their class schedule and after school activities.
