Lasallian Youth Day of Service

On Wednesday, July 20, rising juniors Angel Morocho, Giovanni Gonzalez, and Jayden Lopez took part in our Lasallian Youth Day of Service and Recreation.

The students, accompanied by Campus Minister Brother Richard Galvin, volunteered at St. John the Baptist Food Pantry in the morning, where they were joined by the Associate Director of DENA’s Mission and Ministry Office who assisted in service and helped process the day afterwards. Sister Mary Perasa coordinates the food pantry and welcomed the students with open arms.

Afterwards, the group drove to the Provincialate Headquarters of the District of Eastern North America located in Lincroft, New Jersey. There, they enjoyed time in the pool as well as a barbeque before returning to Manhattan in the evening.
