Virtual Library

Launched in the summer of 2017, La Salle Academy's Virtual Library provides reference and research databases and websites to the high school academic community. These resources, delivered in a technologically rich and nurturing environment, are used in and out of the classroom to promulgate a love of life-long learning, and the advancement of knowledge for the common good.

Action-based Learning

Through La Salle Works, our internship/apprenticeship program for upperclassmen, and La Salle in the City, our hands-on educational series, students are provided with real-world learning experiences outside the classroom.

La Salle @2:30

Learning continues after the final bell through 30 extracurricular activities and intramural sports. Opportunities include speech and debate teams, the school newspaper, academic clubs, arts and music groups, intramural sports, peer ministry and many others. La Salle has four Resource Centers in writing, math, science and technology that provide guidance after school daily.

Higher Education Partnerships

La Salle partners with The Cooper Union, one of the nation's premier engineering institutions, as well as Lasallian powerhouses Manhattan College and La Salle University. La Salle is also conveniently located near New York Univeristy and St. John's University.
