LASALLIAN MEDAL
After graduating from La Salle Academy in 1972, Leonard Eidlen (DBA Len Adams, CPC, CTS) pursued his Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degree at Pace University of New York with concentrations in Management, Law and Marketing. He went on to have an incredibly successful career in the Talent Acquisition (Executive Search, Staffing and Consulting) industry and has an impressive 40-year record of achievement in meeting the Talent Acquisition needs of many prestigious corporations, software companies, banks and financial services institutions locally, nationally and internationally.
Today, Mr. Eidlen is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Adams Consulting Group/ACG Resources, a Managing Partner of The A.R.D. Group, COO and Founder of LHM Management Company, Inc., and a Partner at Future Manager Alliance (FMA). He is also a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Personnel Services and a Founding Member/President of the International Business Group, Inc.
He is a past board member of the New York Staffing Association and has chaired multiple committees for many organizations, including the Human Resource Committee for APCNY and the Human Resource Committee for International Financial Services Association (formerly USCIB).
A proud alumnus, Mr. Eidlen shows up and supports all of La Salle’s New York-based alumni receptions, as well as school events that encourage alumni involvement. In fact, in April 2018, he participated in his alma mater’s first ever Alumni Professional Networking event as a member of an illustrious panel of alumni. With his resume and expertise on the field, Mr. Eidlen provided conversant advice for La Salle graduates. He was also one of the first alumni to sign up as a mentor in La Salle’s new program, La Salle Mentors.
This distinguished alumnus is a role model for La Salle’s students and alumni alike. He truly exemplifies what it means to be part of “the brotherhood,” demonstrating La Salle’s vast network, and he embodies the spirit of St. John Baptist de La Salle in his dedication to the school and its students. This is why he is receiving a Lasallian Medal at La Salle Academy’s 28th Annual Spring Gala.
Mr. Eidlen has been married to his wife, Marie Ann, for 43 years. He is a father of three (Heather, Matt and Greg) all of whom work in the family business, and a grandfather of six.
RSVP now to be part of honoring Len “Adams” Eidlen ’72 at the 2019 La Salle Academy Spring Gala.
