LSA to attend Archdiocesan Black History Month Mass on Feb. 1

La Salle Academy will be featured prominently at the Annual Archdiocesan Black History Month Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, this coming Sunday, February 1st, from 2:00 to 3:45 pm.  His Eminence, Cardinal Dolan will be the Principal Celebrant for this annual celebration of Catholic faith and black culture.

Nearly 30 boys and their families will celebrate the Mass and be seated together in the front of the Cathedral. Our students will be giving the readings and also leading the procession at the start of Mass.

Please join us on this special day, which is also the National Day of Prayer for the African American and African family.
