Varsity Basketball Defeats Regis in Regular Season Finale

Playing in their final regular season game, the Varsity team defeated Regis 60-52 on Friday night.

A tight contest throughout, Regis would cut the 4th quarter La Salle lead to 2 points before the Cardinals defense would string together 4 consecutive stops to seal the victory.

The Cardinals were led by Isaiah Allen-Smith(17 points/9 rebs), Justin Rivera(13 points) and Bryce Council(9 points/5 assists).

With this win, the Cardinals have completed a perfect(11-0) CHSAA B Divsion campaign and have tied for 2nd best regular season record (22-2) in La Salle history.

The Cardinals are the #1 seed in the upcoming playoffs and will play the winner of Moore Catholic/Regis on Sunday, February 26th.
